HASBROUCK ("Happy") HAYNES, JR. lives in Birmingham, Alabama with his two Yorkshire terriers, Calista and Miss Priss. He studied accounting at the University of Kentucky, University of Houston, and Howard College. Happy received his certificate and license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in 1964 and has been employed in public accounting ever since. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of CPAs. He has testified as an expert in Federal and in Alabama State Courts.
